Last October the company I was working for shut down all of a sudden, within 24 hours and left me and another 199 people most of them with families in the streets. They went through to my CV with me focusing on my strongest skills and previous working experience. They gave me very valuable advises and tried their best to put me in employment. I am aware of the way Recruitment Agencies work and the commission they get from the companies when they find the right people. But in that particular agency not even for a single minute, I didn’t have the feeling that they don’t care about me or my needs. On the contrary, they showed me the best possible interest and yes, finally they put me in employment although it was just a short temporary job.Still, I believe that they do a great job especially for their mature candidates.
